HOUNGOUNGAGNE (mostly referred to as Jeff since it is only possible to pronounce HOUNGOUNGAGNE when experiencing extreme pain) is a Counter-Strike player who sometimes posts YouTube videos of the game. He sometimes gives advice on utility (smokes, flashes and so on). However, if you remember you saw one of his videos where he throw a one way smoke that you want to try out you probably don’t want to re-watch all his videos to find it, even though they’re not too bad 😜.
